  1. improving our Zendesk (support ticketing platform) process, workflow, and reporting
  2. defining, building, and improving our customer knowledge base (how people learn and figure out how to use the product). this could include exploring an AI chatbot
  3. could help support implementations depending on skillset and interest (thinking they might be able to help fill time gap before bringing on implementation analyst with some hand holding)
