What You’ll Do
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling
- Design and implement predictive and forecasting models for operational and strategic metrics.
- Conduct large-scale data analyses to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Optimization Modeling Development
- Collaborate with lead data scientist to build and evolve core optimization models (MILP) to improve precision, efficiency, and scalability.
- Continuously iterate models based on new data and evolving business needs.
- Leadership & Autonomy
- Operate independently on complex analytical tasks and mentor junior analysts.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data tools.
- Expertise in forecasting methods, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
- Experience with healthcare or operational analytics.
- Experience with Gurobi.
- Knowledge of survey data transformation and workflow analysis.
- Expertise in machine learning.
