Implementation Engineer

TeamBuilder is the first of its kind predictive workforce management platform built for ambulatory healthcare, and we are passionate about our rapid growth! Our solutions empower healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes, streamline operations, and make data-driven decisions.
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, delivery and customer success teams to align our product capabilities with customer needs. You will serve as a design consultant, ensuring delivery of scalable solutions and execution of complex implementations maximizing value for our clients.
***This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical delivery expert bridging the gap between customer needs and our product capabilities from pre-sales through implementation. Consult directly with clients on technical design and configurations to ensure smooth integration of the TeamBuilder platform. Actively engage with customers to understand their specific business workflows and technical requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, delivery, customer success) to design and execute scalable, secure and efficient technical solutions, while enhancing product functionality based on customer feedback.
Identify and resolve issues that customers encounter when integrating their applications
with the product's APIs.
Consult on technical issues, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation. Serve as a product and technical advisor troubleshooting and optimizing customer use of the product.
As needed, conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, and post-sale support.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and playbooks for both customers and internal teams; encourage client knowledge development (with use of our LMS).
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in a SaaS solutions engineering, digital transformation, product implementation, or technical consulting role – preferably within the Healthcare Scheduling environment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Experience with complex product integrations, data migration, data mapping and automation in SaaS environments.
A proven understanding of data science and working with different configuration options to open workflows.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON.
Hands-on experience writing SQL.
Actively seeks to learn (and become a Subject Matter Expert on) the TeamBuilder platform to enable product delivery and client success.
Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (use of programs such as Asana, SharePoint, Slack, and Notion is ideal).
Establish effective relationships and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions with both clients and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with enterprise customers and complex SaaS implementations.
Knowledge of identity management (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and security best practices.
Ability/desire to create and implement Chat bot / AI functions into the platform to enable simplified responses to standard, day-to-day client questions.
Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones and flexibility based on customer needs.
