We are looking for an experienced Implementation Analyst to join our growing team.  In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their business processes, gather and analyze requirements, extract and clean data, map customer data to our system, and configure our SaaS platform to meet customer-specific needs. This is a highly collaborative role, connecting internal teams (sales, product, engineering, delivery, customer success) to align our product capabilities in direct support of customer requirements. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our healthcare customers.  
 

***This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States.    

Your Responsibilities:  

  • Work with customer stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and workflows.  

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customers' current systems, processes, and data structures.  

  • Extract, clean, transform, and map customer data for system migration or integration.  

  • Facilitate customer conversations to clarify data issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and validate assumptions.  

  • Configure and customize platform settings to meet customer-specific needs, based on gathered requirements.  

  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to escalate complex issues or propose platform improvements.  

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers during the onboarding and implementation phases; encourage customer knowledge development on the product.  

  • Create and maintain implementation documentation and process guides.  

  • Train customers on platform functionality as needed during rollout.  

Must Haves:  

  • 3-6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, business analysis, or data operations.  

  • Prior experience working within healthcare operations (e.g., clinics, hospitals, health systems, medical group practices, scheduling, patient flow, or workforce management) in a consultative role.  

  • Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.  

  • Hands-on experience with data extraction, cleaning, and mapping (Excel, SQL, or similar tools).  

  • Comfort working with semi-structured or messy datasets.  

  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration.  

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and understanding of system integration concepts is a plus.  

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.  

Even Better if you have:  

  • Experience with healthcare-specific platforms (e.g., EMRs/EHRs, WFM tools, scheduling systems, Epic).  

  • Basic knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., ETL tools) is a bonus.  

  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Programming, Data Science, Software Engineering, etc.  

  • Experience using dashboards to analyze and understand data; ability to guide customers in use of existing dashboards and reports.
